One run of a flow.
A spark is a single execution of a flow, regardless of how many model calls or tools it uses internally. We chose this unit so pricing tracks the value delivered, not the plumbing.

03 FAQ
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Starter plan is free forever and lives behind a regular sign-up.
You'll only see a payment screen when you choose to upgrade.
Can I bring my own API keys?
Yes. On every plan you can route to your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral or
self-hosted endpoints. Sparks are still counted per flow, not per model call.
Where is my data stored?
EU by default (Amsterdam). Enterprise customers can pick a specific region
or run Vonq fully on their own infrastructure.
What happens if I run out of sparks?
Nothing breaks — flows keep running with a soft warning. You can either set
an automatic top-up budget or upgrade your plan when it makes sense.
Do you have an annual discount?
Yes. Paying annually gives you two months free on Team. Enterprise contracts
are quoted annually by default.
